Solemn Assembly
Looking towards 2022 - The New Year is a time to reset and give priority to what’s most important. Our church has a tradition of collectively doing this reset by starting the year with a week of prayer called Solemn Assembly. It doesn’t matter if prayer is new to you or a regular part of your life we invite everyone to register for the 5-day prayer challenge. Each morning you’ll receive an email that’ll guide you through a short time of prayer. How cool to know that hundreds of us are uniting in prayer on a common theme. Three evening gatherings are also planned—Monday and Friday are in person at the church. Wednesday is online and we’ll have the privilege of hearing from, Author and Pastor Ken Shigematsu.
Visit spac.ca/solemnassembly for more details and to register for any or all of the dates.
Serving
As we look towards building new teams for the fall there are many opportunities to get involved. Go to spac.ca/serve to learn more.
We believe that actively serving others brings us closer to God and reminds us to love like he does. Through serving, you'll use the unique ways that God has gifted you to help create welcoming environments where he can change lives.
